Kavahn Matthews-Smith To Be Represented By John Crowley Attorney | King County Murder Prosecution

The Crowley Law Firm will be representing Kavahn Matthews-Smith a twenty-year-old charged with several others in a Sea-Tac motel shooting September 7, 2012. According to early news reports about the King County murder and according to a probable-cause statement, “Tucker (the victim) “picked up” the 16-year-old the evening before he was shot, and the pair went to the motel. Detectives determined that Tucker was checked into room 224, and they got a warrant to search the room, locating two cellphones inside, one of which belonged to Tucker, the statement says.”

The King County Sheriff’s Office arrested Qiantre J. Taylor and Rodney Lee. Taylor and Willis and each are being held in the King County Jail in lieu of $2 million bail.

The Crowley Law Firm cautions anyone reading the early news reports to remember the facts of the case are not all in and that even those charged are presumed innocent until tried in a court of law.  Additional news reporting of this King County murder prosecution here.
